PET preforms

plastic closures and pet preform

We sell and distribute high quality Pet Preforms produced by the latest technology, based on 96 cavity high production moulds.

Existing sizes are mentioned on the Preform leaflets. Our suppliers machines are equipped with extra options like: soft drop system, preform counter and closed chambers to keep the Preform in hygiene atmosphere, without any direct contact with human being.

Another benefit is Supplier’s Cooling Systems designed specially to maintain the same conditions around the Preform, to keep consistent Preform quality within the specifications, all the time.

Plastic closures

 

Our closures are produced by serious supplier. He is using latest technology machines combined with Corvaglia Swiss Made 48 Cavity-high production moulds, to produce the 30/25 closure and the 28 PCO single piece closure, used for water, juices and CSD applications.

With this high productivity, our supplier is manufacturing a very clean high quality closure in a very hygienic environment, since the packaging chamber is closed from all the sides and the machines are equipped with cap cooler, so packing is done immediately after production.

As per customer requirement, the closure color can be chosen from the available colors in our offer. Please refer to the closure leaflet for specification.

Film

Our supplier’s film division consists of four different sections: Blown Film, Cast Film, Metalization and Extrusion Lamination section. Under one roof of more than 10,000 Sq Mt covered area, with high tech modern equipment, he is enabled to produce the most suitable range of products.

 

CAST CO-EXTRUSION FILM SECTION ( CPP TRANSPARENT )

Machines are equipped with 3 layers CAST CO-EXTRUDER OF MORE THAN 7000 Mt Capacity per year, Thanks to the technological improvement and experience, allowing to create combinations of polyolefin layers with uniform thickness to satisfy the demanding customer needs. High clarity, good slip, cling sealing and metal deposit receptive properties can easily be engineered in 20-50 micron film.

 

METALLIZATION SECTION

Advanced high speed metallizer equipped with, in line Plasma enabling our supplier to make good anchorage of Aluminum with high brightness and good surface dyne enabling us to offer the metalized films with different optical density according to nature of material and customers requirement.

 

BLOWN CO-EXTRUSION FILM SECTION

Equipped with 5 layers and 3 layer Blown Co – Extruders of more than 6000 Mt capacity per year, with different range of sizes up to 2.1 meter lay flat. We are able to offer several complex film structures with Polyethylene PE OF 25 MICRONS TO 200 MICRON. High mechanical strength, higher resistance to delamination due to adhesion of bonding layers, very high sealing properties and suitable slip properties can be engineered to meet the requirement of packaging machine and filled product.
